Ticketmaster is the only official ticket agent for Electric Picnic. Ticketmaster resale is the only official resale platform to purchase Electric Picnic tickets.

• Beware of unauthorised ticket agents and individual resellers (including tickets offered on buy & sell sites, social media and resale sites such as Viagogo and StubHub), buying from them can be a lot of trouble. It’s possible you’ll pay over the odds for a ticket that may have never existed or might never materialise.

We the promoter (EP Republic) have not supplied any of these sites with any festival tickets and cannot guarantee the authenticity of any tickets they may be offering for sale.

• We closely monitor the resale of Electric Picnic tickets and endeavour to do all that we can to prevent fraudulent activity, but the best way to prevent ticket fraud is to not risk buying from unauthorised sources.

By purchasing a family ticket you can gain access to the Family campsite. Children must be aged 12 or under at the time of the festival. Parents/Guardians are permitted to bring up to two children on each festival ticket.

Weekend ticket holders can enter the general campsites from 09:00 on Friday 16th  August.

The Campervan and Caravan ticket is a supplementary ticket, attendees must also be in possession of a weekend ticket. There are General Campervan & Caravan tickets and Family Campervan & Caravan, please ensure you pick the correct ticket for your vehicle as the tickets are not interchangeable.

• Early Entry ticket holders can enter the campsites from 16:00 on Thursday 15th August. The Early Entry ticket is supplementary ticket, attendees must also purchase a weekend ticket for the festival.

• There are only Sunday Day tickets available and purchasing will allow entry to Electric Picnic on Sunday 18th August.
• Sunday Ticket holders can enter from 11:00 on Sunday, there is no camping permitted for Day Ticket holders.

• There are no refunds other than for cancellation or significant alteration of the festival.
• There is a facility onsite for leaving complaints or compliments using feedback forms onsite at the Information Tent or enquiries@festivalrepublic.com and we will do all we can to assist.

• Ticketmaster are the official Ticketing agent for this event, please contact Ticketmaster directly via your Ticketmaster account.
