AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL
Amnesty International are back at Electric Picnic this year with their “Resistance, courage and hope in a time of global turmoil” campaign. They’ll be present in Mindfield, holding discussions across the weekend.
DUBLIN SIMON COMMUNITY
Dublin Simon Community works to prevent and address homelessness. There will be a charity shop based in the Main Arena and will have volunteers on site across the weekend.
IRISH GIRL GUIDES
Irish Girl Guides will be present in the campsites to provide campers with information and help across the weekend.
ISPCC
The Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children will have volunteers on site selling ponchos for €10.
SAMARITANS
Samaritans will give you the time and space to talk things through, so you can find a way through any problems. They’re onsite in the Jimi Hendrix campsite providing emotional support.

SEXUAL ASSAULT TREATMENT UNIT (SATU)
Members of SATU will be on site during the festival. They will be giving out free condoms and providing information on what services are available should a rape or assault take place. They will be based in the Late Night Arena.

SAFE GIGS IRELAND
Safe Gigs Ireland is an initiative which advocates for the creation of a safe space free from discrimination and violence within the environment. They create a zero-tolerance environment for all forms of violence. They’re located in the Late Night Arena.
Members of Safe Gigs Ireland will be on site to assist in the implementation of Electric Picnic’s zero tolerance policy and to promote safe gigs for everyone.

WOMEN’S AID
Women’s Aid’s #TooIntoYou campaign supports young people experiencing intimate relationship abuse and raises awareness about healthy vs. unhealthy relationships. As part of Festival Republic’s zero tolerance initiative, Women’s Aid staff and volunteers will be at the Too Into You tent in the Late Night Arena all weekend, promoting healthy relationships and helping people spot the red flags of intimate relationship abuse. Visit them in person for information and support, or check out toointoyou.ie if you’re concerned about your own or a friend’s relationship.

SHINE
Shine is an organisation dedicated to ending mental health stigma. They will be here to provide support and information to anyone who needs it. They will have a pop-up in the Late Night Arena.

CHILD.ORG
Child.org are a charity that champion community-based healthcare solutions to make pregnancies and births safer. They work with communities and government health officials in Kenya to spark progress in maternal and neonatal health. They’re providing two services at Electric Picnic this year:
- Family Hubs managed by Charity Concierge
Family Hubs offer a private space to change and feed your little ones away from the hustle and bustle. Charity Concierge volunteers will make sure you have a moment of peace and quiet while you change/feed. Find the hubs in the main arena, Family Camping Lakeside and Croí (look for the “family hubs” sign).

Great spot in the crowd? Bar queues looking long? Flag down a Charity Concierge volunteer and they’ll take your drinks order, skip the queues and bring the order back to you. Super speedy and all without you having to move a muscle. Suggested donation €10.Operating

MÉDECINS SANS FRONTIERES/ DOCTORS WITHOUT BORDERS (MSF)
Médecins Sans Frontieres / Doctors Without Borders (MSF) is an international medical humanitarian organisation that exists to save lives by providing medical care, surgical assistance and mental healthcare to people affected by wars, crises, natural and man-made disasters. They provide medical assistance to people based on needs alone, regardless of race, religion or political ideology. Impartial. Neutral. Independent. MSF ‘bears witness’ and speaks out on behalf of the communities they assist. They will be based in the Late Night Arena.
