Activism, dancing and bike-powered apple pressing? It could only be Electric Picnic’s pop-up ecovillage Global Green, a place of discovery and connection, where you can chill out, have fun, learn and be moved to action, all while regenerating yourself. Art, debate, music, food, creativity and community come together once more this year, as creators, eco-conscious campaigners, growers, makers, musicians and 50 organisations from across Ireland converge in these earthy environs designed by the people for the people.
By day, explore hands-on activities, interactive stalls, community gardens, nature experiences, creativity workshops and thought-provoking conversations on food, energy, biodiversity, wellbeing and social change. As the sun sets, Global Green comes alive with live music, spoken word, DJs, dancing and performance. Coordinated by Cultivate, the sustainability collective based in Cloughjordan Ecovillage, Global Green brings together cutting-edge ideas, community action and bold imagination on the green edge of the festival.

Elements of Change – our engagement and music stage, with yoga, panel discussions, spoken word, live music and DJs.
Nature Tent – biodiversity, nature connection, short talks, hands-on activities and playful learning hosted by NPWS and IEN members.
Crucial Space – a pop-up arts and music studio celebrating multicultural creativity, social justice, workshops, jams and dancing.
Solar Salon – community energy, renewables, device charging, bar-stool conversations and an intimate evening venue.
Community Garden – a tranquil green oasis of plants, art, growing initiatives and practical inspiration.
Global Green Food Hub – delicious food and coffee with a story, from Palestinian falafel to wood-fired pizza and local produce.
Wellbeing & Nature Space – sensory exploration, breathwork, micro-pilates, creative workshops and restorative experiences.
Activities on the Green – games, stalls, art installations, bike-powered apple pressing, family fun and plenty of places to relax!
