CAMPSITE OPENING HOURS
The General Campervan & Caravan campsite opens at 12 noon Wednesday 26th August.
Please note that there will be no access to the Arena until 18:00 on Thursday 27th August. There will be toilet facilities and water points in the campervan campsite. There is access to Stradbally Town via Campervan Gate. There will be access to the remaining campsites from 14:00 on Thursday 27th August.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Please read the information below to make your arrival as seamless as possible:
- Your valid General Campervan & Caravan vehicle pass must be clearly displayed in your vehicle.
- Please Note: General Caravan ticketholders must have passes on both the towing vehicle and caravan.
- The vehicle pass is only valid when a mobile number has been entered into the white panel on the front of the hanger.
- Vehicle passes that have not been completed as required will be considered invalid and may be confiscated.
- All vehicles are subject to search upon entry. Please read the Campervan & Caravan Terms & Conditions for information on what you can and cannot bring to the event. STRICTLY NO GLASS IS PERMITTED on the event site.
- There are a range of facilities available within the campervan and caravan campsite, including shower and toilet facilities, water points, an AIR Hub, on-site traders, a dedicated Campsite Manager and a communal BBQ area.
- Each person within the vehicle must have a valid Weekend Camping Ticket and ONLY Weekend Camping Ticket holders will be permitted into the campervan/caravan campsite. No one is permitted into the campervan/caravan campsite without a campervan/caravan wristband.
- There is no attendee drop-off area within the Campervan & Caravan campsite. If you are staying in the campervan campsite but arrive in a separate vehicle, you will be directed to the PUDO area. From there you can access the Campervan Campsite.
- If you have friends arriving in a separate vehicle, please meet them and escort them to the wristband exchange at the Campervan Gate.

The General Campervan & Caravan Campsite is located off the N80 as in previous years.

Please Note:
- Only one vehicle is permitted entry on a Campervan ticket. Additional vehicles must park in the public car parks.
- Campervans cannot be used as towing vehicles for caravans.
- Only one vehicle is permitted entry with a caravan.
- Camping is not permitted in the Campervan & Caravan fields.
GENERAL CAMPERVAN & CARAVAN TRAVEL ROUTING
Follow the official event routing below. These routes form part of the event Traffic Management Plan and will be prioritised by An Garda Síochána. Using sat nav or Google Maps shortcuts may direct you down unsuitable roads and result in delays entering the event.
ONLY PROPERLY ACCREDITED CAMPERVANS AND CARAVANS WILL BE PERMITTED TO ENTER THE CAMPSITE.
From Dublin – M7 Southbound
- Exit the M7 at Junction 17.
- Take the first exit onto the N77 towards Portlaoise.
- After 500m turn right onto Meelick Road and continue straight.
- At the T-junction turn right onto the R426 and continue to the next T-junction.
- Turn left onto the R425 to Bloomfield Roundabout.
- Take the third exit onto the N80 towards Stradbally.
- Follow Campervan & Caravan signage and turn right into the campsite before reaching Stradbally.
From Limerick – M7 Northbound
- Exit the M7 at Junction 17 (Togher Interchange).
- Turn right (third exit) onto the N77 towards Portlaoise.
- After 500m turn right onto Meelick Road and continue straight.
- At the T-junction turn right onto the R426 and continue to the next T-junction at Sheffield.
- Turn left onto the R425 to Bloomfield Roundabout.
- Take the third exit onto the N80 towards Stradbally.
- Follow Campervan & Caravan signage and turn right into the campsite before reaching Stradbally.
From Cork – M8 Northbound
- Continue on the M8 and merge with the M7.
- Exit at Junction 17 (Togher Interchange).
- Take the first exit onto the N77 towards Portlaoise.
- After 500m turn right onto Meelick Road and continue straight.
- At the T-junction turn right onto the R426 and continue to the next T-junction at Sheffield.
- Turn left onto the R425 to Bloomfield Roundabout.
- Take the third exit onto the N80 towards Stradbally.
- Follow Campervan & Caravan signage and turn right into the campsite before reaching Stradbally.
From the West – N80
- Continue on the R422 towards Emo and Kennells Cross.
- At Kennells Cross turn right onto the R419 and continue towards the Wheel Inn Pub.
- Continue towards Junction 16.
- At the Wheel Inn Pub turn right onto the R445 towards M7 Junction 16.
- At Junction 16 turn right onto the R445 towards Portlaoise.
- At Rathbrennan turn left onto the R425 towards Bloomfield Roundabout.
- Take the first exit onto the N80 towards Stradbally.
- Follow Campervan & Caravan signage and turn right into the campsite before reaching Stradbally.
From the South East – N80
- Follow the N80 to Stradbally.
- Continue through Stradbally towards Portlaoise.
- Follow Campervan & Caravan signage and turn left into the campsite.

ENTRY TO THE EVENT SITE
The closest arena entrance is the Cosby Arena Entrance and will be open for entertainment from 18:00 until midnight on Thursday 27th August and from 12:00 noon on Friday 29th August.
You can access Stradbally Town from Wednesday 26th August. Please ensure you have collected your wristbands before leaving the campsite.
Access to the general campsites opens from 14:00 on Thursday 27th August.
