CAMPSITE OPENING HOURS
The Accessible Campervan & Caravan campsite opens at 14:00 on Thursday 27th August.
Please note that there will be no access to the Arena until 18:00 on Thursday 27th August. There will be access to the Late Night Arena from 18:00 on Thursday 27th August through the Jimi Hendrix Entrance.
The Main Arena will be open from 14:00 on Friday 28th August. The Main Arena can be accessed via the Sandpit Entrance.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Please read the information below to make your arrival as seamless as possible:
- Your valid Accessible Campervan & Caravan vehicle pass must be clearly displayed in your vehicle.
- The vehicle pass is only valid when a mobile number has been entered into the white panel on the front of the hanger.
- Vehicle passes that have not been completed as required will be considered invalid and may be confiscated.
- All vehicles are subject to search upon entry. Please read the Campervan & Caravan Terms & Conditions for information on what you can and cannot bring to the event. STRICTLY NO GLASS IS PERMITTED on the event site.
- Each person within the vehicle must have a valid Weekend Camping Ticket to gain access to the Accessible Campervan Campsite.
- There will be accessible toilet facilities, accessible shower facilities, water points, wheelchair charging, a fridge for medication storage, a GRWM station, a High Dependency Unit (HDU), a Buggy Service and a dedicated Campsite Manager within the Accessible Campsite.
- If you’re bringing prescribed medication, please ensure it is in the correct packaging with the dispensary sticker intact and issued in your name.
- If you need to bring loose medication or medication that is not in its original packaging, you must also bring the relevant prescription(s).
- Access to Stradbally Town is via Hunters Gate.
ACCESSIBLE CAMPERVAN CAMPSITE LOCATION
The Accessible Campervan Campsite is located onsite in the same location as previous years.
Entry to the Accessible Campsite and Campervan area is through Gate 4A (Timahoe Road).
Upon arrival, attendees will be directed to a pre-marked plot within the campsite.

Please Note:
- Only one vehicle is permitted entry on a Campervan ticket. Additional vehicles must park in the Accessible Car Park or may be directed to the nearest public car park.
- Campervans cannot be used as towing vehicles for caravans.
- Only one vehicle is permitted entry with a caravan.
- Camping is not permitted in the Campervan & Caravan fields.
ACCESSIBLE CAMPERVAN & CARAVAN TRAVEL ROUTING
Follow the official event routing below. These routes form part of the event Traffic Management Plan and will be prioritised by An Garda Síochána.
Please follow signs for the Family Car Park on the approach to the event. Upon reaching Stradbally, signs specifically directing to the Accessible Car Park will appear.
Using sat nav or Google Maps shortcuts may direct you down unsuitable roads and result in delays entering the event.
ONLY PROPERLY ACCREDITED CAMPERVANS AND CARAVANS WILL BE PERMITTED TO ENTER THE CAMPSITE.
From Dublin – M9 Southbound
- Take the M9 to Junction 3 and join the N78 towards Athy.
- Before Athy, turn left onto the Athy Distributor Road (N78).
- Continue following the N78 until it joins the N80.
- Turn right onto the N80 and continue towards Stradbally / Court Square.
- At Court Square, turn left onto Timahoe Road and follow signs for the Accessible Car Park.
From Limerick – M7 Northbound
- Exit the M7 at Junction 16.
- Turn left towards Rathbrennan and continue to Bloomfield Roundabout.
- Take the first exit onto the N80 and continue towards Stradbally.
- At Court Square, turn right onto Timahoe Road and follow signs for the Accessible Car Park.
From Cork – M8 Northbound
- Continue on the M8 and merge onto the M7.
- Exit at Junction 16.
- Turn left towards Rathbrennan and continue to Bloomfield Roundabout.
- Take the first exit onto the N80 and continue towards Stradbally.
- At Court Square, turn right onto Timahoe Road and follow signs for the Accessible Car Park.
From the West – N80
- Travel on the N80 through Mountmellick towards Portlaoise.
- At Fairgreen Roundabout (N80), turn right onto the Portlaoise Ring Road.
- Continue for approximately 3km to the Mountrath Road / R445 and turn right.
- At the next roundabout at Rockdale, turn left onto Fr Brown Avenue / Old Knockmay Road.
- At Fr Brown Roundabout continue straight onto the Portlaoise South Circular Ring Road until O’Doran Roundabout.
- At O’Doran Roundabout continue straight to Bloomfield Roundabout.
- Take the second exit onto the N80 and continue towards Stradbally.
- At Court Square, turn right onto Timahoe Road and follow signs for the Accessible Car Park.
From the South East – N80
- Follow the N80 to Stradbally.
- Continue through Stradbally to Court Square.
- Turn left onto Timahoe Road.
- Continue on Timahoe Road and follow signs for the Accessible Car Park.
