We delved deep into the benefits of sauna use and New Nordic wellness, and this journey led us to start Rise.
The Balanced Energy Therapies at Croí are designed to help you recharge those batteries and leave your body feeling refreshed and ready to take on The Festival. The treatments provided at Croí are brought to you by The Balanced Energy Therapists, a team of holistic wellness practitioners curated by Aoife Smith whose mantra is “Everything in Balance”.
