Dvir and Nicola run Mezze in Tramore, acclaimed as one of the leading restaurants in Ireland’s South East, and one of the destinations that has powered Tramore as a foodie must-visit. They met on the side of a glacier in New Zealand – as you do – and have been together ever since, running restaurants, creating the acclaimed book Mezze: Middle Eastern Food Made to Share, appearing on national television, and rearing their family.
