Judith Boyle is a lecturer in TU Dublin in the School of Culinary Arts and Food Technology, and when she isn’t lecturing she judges international drinks competitions. Judith is not just a qualified chemist: she is also a member of the Champagne Academy, a Cava educator and a Sherry educator, and a Certified Beer Sommelier. Judith has appeared regularly at Theatre of Food, and will turn back the hands of time when she introduces us to Margarita O’Clock.
