Jess Kelly is the new media star of modern Irish butchery, and will appear on our Smokin Soul Barbeques. She is a fully qualified butcher and has completed QQI Level 5 in Craft Butchery. Her speciality is working on whole animal butchery, sourced from small farms and holdings of which she practices traditional methods of butchering whilst adding her own flair. Constantly improving and learning along the way. Jess has worked in Melbourne and Dublin, picking up skills and forming connections along the way, and today works her magic in Ranelagh’s The Village Butcher.
