Dave Mulligan is owner of Bán Poitín and BAR 1661.1661 is a cocktail bar dedicated to unique statement drinks of Irish origin, and is the Dublin flagship for Irish Poitín. BAR 1661 is one of the city’s only independent cocktail bars, located in Dublin 7 amongst the city’s historic fruit markets, the bar has been heavily influenced by both London and New York while retaining a staunchly Irish identity. Ban Poitin was the winner of “Ireland’s Best Poitín” 2016, 2017 & 2018, and is leading the revival of Ireland’s national spirit. Dave will be taking us back in time with amazing concoctions.
