Ivan returns for his 8th year of The Theatre of Food exploring the science of how we taste and perceive flavour. Changing to a food career later in life and retraining in Ballymaloe Cookery School, Ivan runs the successful Dalkey Food Company. Daniel is a passionate advocate for Public Philosophy and the creator of the Irish Philosophy Teachers’ Event GADFLY IE . Their riotous stage show is a bonanza of the weird and wonderful aspects where the fields of science intersecs with how we cook, eat, and taste our food.
