Come join Marcus O’Laoire and Richie Castillo, as the duo go back to back on the decks and back to back on the hobs, serving up delicious bites and radical beats to make you move your feet! Away from the decks, Marcus runs the Sambo Ambo food truck when he isn’t touring nationally and internationally, whilst Richie is the dude behind Bahay, a Filipino food pop-up which is one of Dublin’s hottest destinations. Richie’s first book, with his partner Alex O’Neill, is called Masarap, and will be published this autumn. Foxglove Cocktails, from West Cork, will be serving up some delicious drinks to amp up the party!
