Optimo DJs

The twisted, brilliant, anything goes attitude of the Optimo guys is the stuff of legend. Its very rare that the word magic gets whispered about djs or club nights but the Optimo experience is famous the world over. Their Optimo Espacio night is Glasgows number one party spot with good reason.
These days Optimo is taking the sound to the world with dates across Europe, America and Japan. And while Twitch and Wilkes remain the residents, each week Glasgow is treated to Optimo guests, who have included the likes of LCD Soundsystem, Atom Heart, Luciano, Four Tet and Justus Kohncke.

With these guys its a musical goodie bag, driving techno to northern soul, New York post punk to industrial stomp. From leftfield to rightfield their selection dovetails together and is combined for brilliant effect. The Picnic will see the JG Wilkes and JD Twitch duo in their element: Throwing a damn fine party.
