Nôze

A free-wheeling, fun-loving, genre-bending electronica outfit whose performances are just as likely to recall improvisatory 1920s Parisian jazz blow-outs as 21st century electronic styling's, Nôze comprises the duo of Nicolas Sfintescu and Ezechiel Pailh?s. In their own words searching for "spontaneity and a kind of sensitivity"
Not interested in formulaic fair their common interest in Jazz and improvisation shows in the duos favourite vehicle for the Noze message; letting it all hang out live.

This combination of electronic and live instrumental elements carries over into sweaty, rambunctious shows that have won over audiences worldwide, most notably in a career-making set at 2005's Sonar festival in Barcelona.

Never ones content on looking back, this has been combined with a flurry of live shows and 12" activity to boot, both on Sfintescu's Circus and other labels. One thing is for sure is that these ringmasters will put on a circus to remember.
