Dublin-born rising international R&B star Laura Izibor comes to Electric Picnic riding high on the incredible success of her soulful debut album "Let the Truth Be Told", released in May.

Having already grabbed international attention with singles "From My Heart to Yours", and "Shine", Izibor wowed pundits and public alike with her stunning debut full-length, which reached number 2 in the Irish album charts, the top 30 in the U.S. charts, and number 6 in the U.S. R&B/Soul album charts.

22-year-old Izibor has been highlighted as a mega-star in the making by U.S. publications such as Vibe, Billboard, and Rolling Stone. She has opened for Aretha Franklin, James Brown, and John Legend on tour, and has just finished a tour with "Maxwell", with whom she played to a 65,000 strong crowd at the New Orleans Super Dome in July.

Laura Izibor's new single "If Tonight is my Last" is out on September 4th.
