Duke Dumont

Duke Dumont is one of the most individual electronic music producers of recent times. Each of his releases a new statement of intent. Duke is equally known for his memorable DJ sets as he is for his "Catch You Fff Guard" productions. Remixing artists as diverse as The Mystery Jets, EPMD, Lilly Allen, Bat for Lashes and Missy Elliot to name a few.

Spotted in 2006, Duke was crowned Diesel U Music champion, beating thousands of other producers to be considered the best unsigned producer in the world. That's a lot of competition. Previous winners for this award include producers such as Mylo and DJ Yoda.

Duke Dumont rose to prominence then in 2007 with the release of his debut EP "Regality" on Turbo Recordings. Championed by the likes of Laurent Garnier, Erol Alkan, SMD, Switch, Jesse Rose, Armand Van Helden and literally thousands more. Currently he’s working on a highly anticipated album.

As well as being referred to as a producer remixer extraordinaire, equal sentiment can be placed on his DJing ethic; holding down regular sets at the likes of Fabric, Razzmatazz and Bugged Out, whilst honing his sound touring extensively over the last year.
