"My name comes from the fact I used to use an Amiga to make music - they used to use 8-Bit samples. I was young at the time.. Hence Boy 8-Bit."

Boy 8-Bit aka David Morris made his first steps onto the dance scene when DJ Touche included his track 'The Colonel' in his Radio One essential mix in 2004.

Returning the favour and remixing Touche's seminal track 'The Paddle' for Southern Fried Records, along with other high profile tracks such as Dave Clarke and Arthur Baker's ' This Feelin' and Armand Van Heldens ' When The Lights go Down' .

Up to date the Boy has almost 30 official remixes to his name. Recent remixes including Chromeo, Midfield General, Hybrid and The Black Ghosts

When he's not busy doing all that he runs the night Body Clap at Fabric so be prepared for a boy that has long not been a stranger behind the Dj box.
