2009 Applications

The application process for license to trade at Electric Picnic 2009 is now open.

The standard of food available at Electric picnic is continuing to go from strength to strength and we are looking for people with good quality stalls, who will work with us to provide our customers with real food and beverages at reasonable prices.

We are also looking for interesting and well-presented stalls, which will be in keeping with the overall ethos of the picnic.

The Electric Picnic now has a reputation for providing a wide variety of organic and environmentally friendly stalls, which have become an integral part of the event.

In 2009 the Electric Picnic will continue it's objective of delivering this high standard to the customer and reducing the impact festival food has on the environment.

When decisions are being made about who to invite to trade in 2009, preference will be given to stalls that are organic and green, so please tell us what your strengths are.
The success of your application will be decided by the information you provide. Include photographs, menus, price lists, and any other information, which will set you aside from other traders.

We want traders who can comply fully with Irish trading standards. All tents must have a fire cert and all gas equipment must be in accordance with Irish regulations.

Please fill in all sections of the application form accurately, even if you have traded with us in the past. If you want more than one stall, please complete an application form for each site.
