Facilitated by Sarah Fleming of Slow Food the panel will include Minister Trevor Sargent, food experts Clodagh Mckenna and Peter Ward, artist Tony Fagen, and Lorcan Bourke from Bord Bia.

The idea originated as a Slow Food, Youth Food Movement (YFM) activity, aiming to promote the Slow Food ethos of good, clean and fair food in a fun way. Come and join us for the big lunch. Help us knit a piece of sculpture with the tents discarded at last year's festival or get involved in some garment graffiti around the site - The choice is yours - just get active!
