• All the food providers and therapists are certified and approved by the Health & Safety Authorities and are covered by insurance.
• Please contact the nearest member of security or steward for help. There are medics on site who are fully equipped to deal with all situations.
• A dedicated camping and parking area for people with mobility disabilities is available, and vehicles displaying blue badge should enter the Timahoe Road entrance.
• People bringing medicines to the event should declare them to security at the search and may have them stored in the medical centre if required.
• Notify a steward, member of the Garda or official if you see any anti-social behaviour. Ask for help if you need it and help others.
• There will be use of laser and strobe lighting at the event. Epileptics or those affected by lighting effects should keep to the edge of the crowd and please bear in mind the audience may be very large and movement through the crowd slow.
• The promoters of Electric Picnic promote sensible drinking.
