Yoga Theatre

This year we will have 9 yoga teachers from Ireland and beyond delivering fantastic yoga classes throughout the weekend. If it is a stretch and meditation or an energetic yoga flow that you like, we have the class for you.

Schools of Yoga taught are Hatha, Ashtanga, Anusara, Iyengar and Vinyasa. Whether you are an experienced Yogi or a beginner you are most welcome to come to our Yoga Theatre, which is located in the Zen Gardens.
